Jonathan Perelman is a partner at Friedman LLP and is partner-in-charge of the Physicians Healthcare Group for New Jersey. As an expert on matters concerning estate, tax, and financial planning, Jonathan is frequently quoted in media publications. He provides accounting and tax services to clients in retail, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and professional services, with a particular emphasis on medical, dental, and legal practices. Aside from representing high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and retirement plans, Jonathan advises companies receiving venture capital and private equity on tax and business planning and assists in structuring the sale and acquisition of closely held businesses. Jonathan holds series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses and is licensed in New Jersey for life insurance. Jonathan received a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he currently serves on the faculty, and an M.S. in Taxation from Seton Hall University.

Ron Pierantozzi is currently the CEO of PPT Research, a materials technology company. He recently retired from the management ranks of Air Products & Chemicals (APCI). Ron is also a partner in Cameron and Associates, a consulting firm focused on developing relationships with Fortune companies committed to corporate venturing through technology and innovation. Ron previously served as APCI's Director of Business Development. This involved a wide range of duties that included identifying and commercializing new technologies, forming and incubating new technology-based ventures, managing external partnerships and forming market alliances, and investing in both early and late stage companies working through high profile VCs. Ron continues to work closely with VCs in the advanced materials and machine-to-machine sectors, where he provides expertise in market strategy and business valuation.
Ron previously served as Director of Technology with APCI for platforms in hydrogenation, amination, and nitration technologies. He also held various positions the Performance Ceramics & Process Systems Group, and was Director of the Adsorption Technology Center. Ron is an inventor/co-inventor holding 32 U.S. patents, and has authored over a dozen publications.
Ron is a professor at Wharton, Babson and Lehigh University business schools, where he lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the faculty for the program on Corporate Entrepreneurial Leadership at the Danish Technical University, where he conducts a seminar on developing business plans for the global enterprise.
Ron received his B.S. in Chemistry from Temple University and his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ravi is the President of R.K. Consultants, and also consults at NSRCEL, a learning center for entrepreneur's initiated by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B), and at the Acharya Institute of Management & Science (AIMS) in Bangalore.
With over three decades of experience in technology, Ravi served as founding director of U.V. Circuits Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and PCB manufacturing equipment from 1984-1993, and as founding director of Clixport India Pvt. Ltd., an export consortium for promoting electronic products of small and medium-sized enterprises. Ravi began his career as a design engineer with Indian Telephone Industries Ltd. from 1974-1984.
Ravi holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communications, a PG Dip. in Industrial Management, and an MBA from Bangalore University, and is due to receive a Ph.D. related to Entrepreneurship Development later this year.
