Please keep the following documents scanned and ready on your system when you are starting the process.

Mandatory Documents:

• 1. Address Proof- (Rental agreement/Bank statement/ Landline telephone bill)
• 2. Incorporation Details- (Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of Articles & association/Partnership deed as applicable)
• 3. PAN card copy.
• 4. Key Management Declaration on company letterhead duly signed and stamped.

Optional Documents:

• 1. Service Tax certificate
• 2. Proof of any certificate/award.
• 3. Audited Profit/loss statement and Balance Sheet.

NOW ONTO THE REGISTRATION:

In step 1- Enter Your Details

• enter all the details in this page. Once you click on submit, you shall receive a mail from Crederity informing you about the registration. It will ask you to click on a link in the mail. Please do not click the link before you have finished entering the entire information through all 4 steps.

Step 2-Confirm Subscription

• Please check the box at the bottom agreeing to the terms and conditions. After that click on continue.

Step 3- Make Payment

• Payment can be made by Cheque/Draft/Credit card/Debit Card/NEFT
• If you are paying with cheque/draft, you shall receive a promo code once the amount is credited to Crederity Info Services private limited.
• If you have a promo code, please enter the same and continue. Enter the promo code as supplied to you against your payment receipt.
• If you do not have a promo code and wish to make the payment online choose the applicable option after clicking on “no” for “Do you have a promo code?”

Step 4- Submit More details

• Proof of address is mandatory. It can be any of the following: (Rental agreement/Bank statement/landline bill). You will have to upload the same in the upload box available.
• In the business Information segment, PAN number and registration number is mandatory. You will have to upload copies of PAN card and Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of Articles & association/Partnership deed as applicable.
• Declaration for Management proof is mandatory. It has to be printed on the company letter head, duly signed, scanned and uploaded. Please find the format here.
• In the Awards/ Certifications/ Memberships/ Affiliations section, please enclose copies of certificates that you have received.
